Nextel phones are manufactured by Motorola and come with a one year warrantee.
If anything was to go wrong with a phone you have purchased from us within this one-year period, we supply you as our customer, with a loaner phone to use, while we ship your phone directly to Motorola for repair. For your convenience, we will transfer any numbers you have stored in your phone into the loaner to make the transaction as smooth as possible for you.
